Well today, 27 August 2009, is actually my 80th birthday and I got 17 more cards today, making a total of 42 so far. I received several phone calls: GM "Mack" and Carol Cole, Steven Watson, Susan Hogan, Steven Watson, Sheryl and Henry Shannon, Sandra and Max KinCannon, Larry KinCannon, Elwood McKinney, and Troy McKnight. We had two surprise visitors from the Wichita Falls area, Gail and James Watson. They got here about 9:15am and departed about 6:00pm. We had lunch at Luby's. We had 1.25 inches of rain this evening about 7:30pm. This was a good day.
